Welcome to the official website of Dina, Colby, & Jim Konz.
You'll learn plenty about us by reading through some of the blog and guestbook entries, but as a primer, Dina and I met way back in 1996 when we were in the same orientation group our freshmen year at WPI. This means that we've now known each other for approximately 11.93 years.
In the orientation, we were placed in charge of finances for the building of an egg catapault and we should have known we were in for an interesting time together when we blew the entire budget on styrofoam peanuts.
We quickly became great friends and began seeing each other in the fall of 1997. Then, in June of 2001, we were engaged and in September of 2002, we were married. Our marriage has now lasted 5.86 years. That means, of the entire time that we've known each other, we've been married for 49.13% of that time.
Dina eventually completed her bachelor of science degree in Biotechnology and I completed mine in Management Information Systems. I'm still working at Shareholder.com. In fact, I've now worked there for 9.30 years.
Now, we live together in beautiful sunny Webster, MA. We purchased our new home near Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg 1.23 years ago.
Our son, Colby James was born on October 11th, 2006 and is now 21.70 months old. We also have two cats. Their names are Will & Grace.
